  • Finish Line Session (2 days – approximately 6-weeks later)

Process Overview:

Step 1: Discovery Session – 60 minutes (minimum) to discuss current challenges, distinguish objectives and outcomes and align with the stated intentions.

Orientation Session (virtual) for Participants – 45 – 60 minutes. This gives an overview of the program with a review of the intentions, outcomes, and structure. This includes a Q&A portion so each participant can powerfully choose their participation in the program.

Step 2: Distribute and collect feedback surveys detailing people’s expectations and areas they desire to work on.

Step 3: Determine measures for the success of the program.

Step 4: Deliver Kick-Off Session through Finish Line Session.

Step 5: Provide weekly or bi-weekly coaching support for participants.

Step 6: Collect post-training feedback surveys (customizable) and assemble results and data from the program impact.

Step 7: Provide a program Executive Summary including quantitative and qualitative data and feedback for management.
